Order Policies

Order Info:
Domestic orders are processed, packaged and shipped within three business days. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when the package has been sent. International orders will be processed and packed within three days and shipped within five days via USPS air. All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation included. This shows us the exact time the package is delivered. If there is any problem with delivery, please get in touch with us. Keep in mind that aTYPICALsOLE (aTYPICAL llc) cannot be held responsible for lost packages shown as “delivered” as per this number.Out of stock items will be cancelled and omitted from the shipment. Shipping charges will be recalculated and you will see the adjusted total on your invoice when the package is received.For questions regarding orders already placed, please email orders@atypicalsole.com and be sure to include your order number. You will receive a response within one business day.


Payment Options:We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex) through Paypal. The Paypal payment processing is automated and will begin once you initiate the checkout process. No Paypal account is needed to place an order, simply select the pay with credit card option.


Shipping:Domestic: All clothing orders shipped to US addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.Foreign: International shipments are made using the US Postal Service. For all Non-US countries, payment with a Verified Paypal account is preferred for fastest service.


Returns:

aTYPICALsOLE understands that from time to time, things need to be returned. You may return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date (with pre-approval). The manufacturer’s original tags must be intact and still attached to the garment. If the item does not fit, it can be exchanged for the proper size. Sale items excluded. All sales on sale items are final.Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed). YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately by orders@atypicalsole.com and let us know and we will take care of it.REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, please allow 7-10 business days to process. Returns may be refunded by check.

RETURN PROCEDURE

-To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, send us an Email first explaining the reason for the return. Send e-mail to orders@atypicalsole.com

-For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.

-NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days so don’t delay in shipping back your return or it may be refused.

-Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.

-Returns must be 100% complete, in ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition, with all original tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

**The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

APO ADDRESSES

All of aTYPICALsOLE’s shipping is done using the US Postal Service which offers a Delivery Confirmation service that assures us that your package arrives safely. For APO and Military addresses, this service is not available. We suggest you speak with your daily mail carrier and let them know you have an international package on the way. aTYPICAL llc cannot be held responsible for lost international packages.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

* aTYPICAL llc cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties on international packages. We have no control over this.

aTYPICALsOLE’s International shipping is done using the US Postal Service and usually arrives to you within 2-3 weeks (*customs can legally hold packages as long as they feel necessary, please allow up to 8 weeks (rare occasion) for delivery). For International addresses, the delivery confirmation service is not available. We suggest you speak with your daily mail carrier and let them know you have an international package on the way as sometimes international packages are held at your local mail center. aTYPICALsOLE cannot be held responsible for any lost international packages.
