So I randomly ran into the homies Donwill, Von Pea, and Ilyas at DJ Clockwork’s Monday night event, me and the crew call it Drunk Ass Mondays or #DAM for short, lol… and they let me know that they were in town just chillin for a few days before they got back out on the road.

…This time we’re upping the ante even more with performances by KICAS International artist Kandid, as well as Phiyah of Atumiy and the legendary Watusi Tribe, and Beat Lounge creator Kontrax hosting; you won’t want to miss your opportunity to attend the hiphop event of the year!!
Yea, it’s already the 2nd day of 2009, but aTYP can’t let the 2008 go away without saluting (in more ways than one) the good efforts put in by some of the hardest working women of 2008. We’re in the midst of a recession, but their industry will never lack for work. They Put In and Put Out, and for this, aTYP will Put On.
(Ladies, you can skip to the next post. Unless…you’re the type that knows more about these chicks than we do. Or…you want some pointers. In fact…stay.)
5. Roxy Reynolds
Roxy gets love in the #5 spot simply because of her Ohio roots and work ethic. She may not have the best goods in the game, but she makes up for it with a willingness to learn, ha ha. In my experience with Roxy, I’ve seen some signs of talent, and room for growth. Because she’s from the C.O. though, she’ll always have a spot on our annual list. Not to mention, I’ve seen amateur pics with hood cats. Gotta love a chick that doesnt forget she’s a rat (of the hood variety) at heart.
4. Beauty Dior
Beauty has been in the game for a little while, and she always pleases. Similar to Roxy, she’s not working with the most assets around, but her enthusiasm for the task at hand will ensure you enjoy. Beauty and Roxy’s output alone in the recession laced year of ‘08 nets them spots on our list. It doesn’t hurt that Beauty might just give the best dome out, ha ha.
3. Ayanna Angel
Ayanna is an OG at this point. She doesn’t look it, but I hear she’s been getting d*cked down for years. Her experience combined with the T&A she brings to your screen net her a top 3 spot on our list. I’ve never been disappointed.
2. Jada Fire
Jada’s a personal fav. I just can’t give her the top spot. Try to keep personal bias aside. I saw some of Jada’s early work, and the boob job did wonders. She didn’t need it…but now her look is flawless. Lips, T&A, dome, enthusiasm, not to mention she’s “Squirtwoman”. Ha Ha. Look that one up.
1. Pinky
Lastly, the top spot HAS to go to Pinky. This chick pipes down women like she’s ya big homey from the block that just got done doing a bid (NO HOMO). She’s aggressive. You’d want her in ya crew when you hit the club…she’s bringing about 2-3 ladies back, and she just MIGHT share. On top of that, she’s gonna go hard no matter who she’s working on. She’s a hustler. I think she organizes orgies and makes the guys pay to get in. I’m just saying. You gotta respect her recession hustle. aTYP does.
Honorable Mention: Cherokee. But @ss ain’t everything. She needs to tone it up or something. We need to see who got lost up in there. We might come up with some of these missing rappers.
